Times Colonist 10K

The Times Colonist 10K is Victoria's signature community road race and one of the largest 10K events in Canada, drawing thousands of runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities each spring. Starting near the Inner Harbour at Belleville and Government streets, the flat, scenic course winds through downtown Victoria and along the waterfront before finishing back downtown, making it as much a citywide celebration as a race. The event, powered by RunSport, includes the main 10K along with shorter companion runs for families and youth, and it has a decades-long tradition of supporting local charities and community running programs. Spectators line the route to cheer, and the finish area has a festive, encouraging atmosphere for first-timers and seasoned racers alike. The 38th annual running is scheduled for Sunday, April 25, 2027, starting at Belleville Street and Government Street in Victoria.
